If you are planning any kind of workout regime, or even trying to add on a few pounds, you have to know that there is a lot to do with your attitude for building muscle fast. You can go to the gym 6 days a week, and eat 10000 calories a day, but none of this matters if you don’t have the right attitude about everything. You can’t overdo it, yet you still have to find that balance, to determine exactly what your body needs.
