When you go to a car dealer and buy yourself a new car, the moment you pay for it the car will go down in value. You will be very careful with it and you hate it when other people are not careful enough with your car. However if you own an old car this is not a big issue. The value will not go down instantly when you buy it and you probably don’t care if sometime makes a minor scratch to it as older cars often have more scratches.

Economy will only become better if everyone would have a car and that is the main reason why the government is stimulating financing plans for people with lower incomes. They want to stimulate that these people are participating in the economy like driving to work for instance. I am looking for a new car for a few months now and last week i bumped into buy pay used car lots. I was a bit stunned about their prices as they offer the same new cars for lower prices than i had seen before. First I thought this was not possible and they are probably a scam. But I still decided to go inside ans ask a salesman about these prices. He told me that they can offer their cars for lower prices because they buy there cars in large lots from auction places. Sometimes there are small things wrong with the cars and sometimes they are auctioned because a company is bankrupt. The good thing is that they need to sell them fast and therefore ask lower profit.
