You can certainly spend lots of time planning elaborate proposals, but sometimes, the simplest way is the best.  A romantic dinner at a nice restaurant is a classic time and place for popping the question.  You can always ask for help from the staff, by asking them to play a certain song, or deliver the ring in a glass of wine or with dessert.

Perhaps you’ve heard about how quickly jobs in the medical field are increasing. And you might even know that the reason is because of the large numbers of seniors approaching retirement age. After all, all those folks are going to need health care and there is no reason why you shouldn’t be one of the ones giving it to them. But, you might have been put off by your perception of how much schooling is required to get one of these plum jobs.

Actually, if you don’t mid starting near the bottom and then working your way up, you could become a medical assistant. The certified medical assistant salary is about $25,000 a year to start but can soon move up substantially. You could start lower and with less requirements, as a nurses aide, but who wants to be slinging bedpans and washing diapers?

Most of these entry level positions require some sort of initial training. Some you only need to have completed a 4 month course, while others may require you to attend  a two year school. Of course many of these training course are now available online as well.

For the more ambitious, because it will require far more training and even a degree, there are surgical technologist jobs available all over the world. That is one of the convenient things about working in this field is that you can almost just pack up and move anywhere and be certain that you will be able to find a job.

These times offer a huge opportunity for those just entering into the job market. And for that matter, they are ideal for anyone just wishing to make a change. They are exciting times and there is no reason on earth that you should not be a part of them.

Before I finish up this post, I would like to warn you that getting a tattoo on your foot will look cool once it’s healed, but it’s going to really hurt a ton.  You also have to still wear shoes and this can cause some extra discomfort.

I personally wouldn’t send my child to military school until they were a little older. I have my eye on a good military school for boys that I might send my childred to if they struggle to learn how to be a productive citizen. I personally hope that this doesn’t happen but I’m trying to be open to the fact that I might need help at some point.

The roles include a large element of personal care for sick or elderly patients.  There also tends to be quite an administrative element to these roles.  This would include preparation of care plans, risk assessments and supervisory work.  The healthcare teams in these facilities are well structured and usually work on a shift basis.
