<p>As with all my clients, I always recommend them to do compound exercises. These for me are the most efficient exercises since they target a lot of muscles with just one single movement. They are also the best if you want to bulk up rather quickly.</p>
<p>The first of these exercises is the Bench Press. This targets the whole upper body including the biceps, triceps, shoulders and of course the chest. It is very to be over eager here and not activate the correct muscles which could lead to your exercise being not effective. To avoid this, try and clip your shoulders together so that your back will create an arch. This should involve your chest more in the exercises and allow you to lift more weight.</p>
<p>The second of these exercises are Squats. These focus on your lower body and actually is great to activate your abdominal muscles as well. They are very effective at bulking up your legs really quickly. However, you are also very injury prone here. To avoid this, always lead out with your buttocks so there will be less pressure on your back. Move the weight slowly so that you put more stain on your muscles.</p>
<p>Finally there is the Dead Lift. This one exercises your hamstrings, back and arms. To avoid injuring your back, keep the barbell as close to your legs as possible. When you are lifting hundreds of pounds here, it is also advisable to wear a weight lifting belt to prevent more injuries.</p>
