Most people would agree that socks are a necessity. If you’ve ever tried to go the day without a pair of socks on, you’ll know just how disgusting your feet are at the end of the day. That said, there isn’t a lot of emphasis put on socks as a fashion item. Compared to shoes, which are one of the hottest markets in fashion ever, socks hardly even get a mention. I guess the main reason for this is because they are not seen all that often, they hide away between your shoe and foot and no one is there to notice them.
This doesn’t have to be the case though, there are a few ways that you can utilise the humble sock to make an impact on your appearance. For example, you can get socks with frilly bits on the top to make them stand out more, or you can get a nice long pair that will travel up your legs. A nice pair of white over the knee socks can really enhance the shape of your legs and provide a marvellous fashion statement.

Of course there are no actual fashion police that mandate who can wear what type of clothing or accessory, but most people tend to pick garb that is appropriate for their age group or body type. When it comes to slipper boots, anyone is capable of wearing them. I can’t think of a single body type or age that would prevent someone from wearing them. What you need to be careful about is which pair you wear. You can find slipper boots of all different heights and styles. Younger people tend to wear higher styles and styles that incorporate more color and more garish looking fuzz. A woman in her fifties or sixties would look silly wearing twelve inch high pink fuzzy boots, but she would look completely fine in a pair of suede slipper boots that were four to six inches high or a sheepskin slipper boot.

Envelopes are very handy things, not only are they good for all sorts of different types of invitations and cards but they are also good for sending things in the mail. You can even buy ones that have pretty patterns on them and some are even lined envelopes. They can also be used for storing things and they are great for party favors. Did you know that sending a card costs you more though when they are in envelopes? You could send a postcard for almost half the price. It funny that square envelopes also cost more money to send. The great thing about envelopes is they have a way of making things look professional with a fairly small amount of effort. So if you are going for a more formal look, an envelope is probably your best bet even if it is going to cost a bit more.
The Origins of Masquerade

Did you know that masquerade masks started their existence in Italy? Today this country still celebrates with the masquerade mask. The celebration is called the carnival of Venice. This is their Mardi Gras, but of course a lot more sophisticated. They dress up in very fancy and elaborate costumes and wear some of the most beautiful masks. These masks are sometimes gold and they are decorated with feathers, beads and bells and are more varied than what you could even hope to imagine. The costumes they wear are created in the style of the 16th and 17th century but the colors are very bright. There is a lot of purple used in the outfits, which was a color symbolizing the wealthy or royalty. The festival is something that everyone should try to see.

I have a friend in my art class that is gay. He’s a lot of fun, and he wears some really funky clothes. I look forward to seeing him every day, because he always has something crazy to wear. He wears really bright colors. Sometimes he shows up to class with a lime green sweater and matching lime green shoes! I also really lie all of the watches he wears. He collects all sorts or designer watches and they look really cool. He says that having so many different watch is great because he hardly ever has to do watch repair. Some of them are black and white, and some of them are square and some of them round. He has a wristwatch to go with every outfit that he has. He’s really funny too. He’s usually in a pretty good mood. He also makes us laugh a lot and I’m glad he’s in my class.

Sometime in the 1920’s people started using bras and about this time they were also invented. The very first idea behind such thing was to give the women some support under their breasts if that would make them hang less while getting older. All the men had seen women on their backs and knew that if the boobs were a bit higher it would look a lot better. That gave the inventors some ideas since the yreally needed to come up with something that was strong enough to even hold the most largest pair in place. That is why the very first models are usually quite sturdy. In the medieval times I have seen even metallic bras so there is no suprise in the fact that a shelf bra is considered comfortable.
