Do You Need a Maternity Bra?

If you are pregnant, you may be surprised by the changes your body is going through.  Unfortunately, maternity clothing is another thing that you may have to spend money on. As your pregnancy has progressed you will have even seen changes to your bust line as well. Maternity bras can often make the difference between keeping breasts that are perky and those that have lost their bounce and succumbed to gravity.

But to help as much as possible, your maternity bra will need to be properly fitted. You may think that the bra you are wearing now fits you well but estimates say that 85% of women are actually wearing bras which do not fit properly. Signs that you are one of these women can include sore spots where the straps or band have rubbed, wrinkled cups, the need to tuck breast tissue into the cups, or an overflow around the edges of the cups themselves.
