Realizing the American dream of owning your own home would seem easier to achieve for some people than it is for others. That doesn’t mean those people are any less deserving of achieving and benefiting from such a goal. It just means that they need a little assistance. Well, that’s were sometimes the government steps in. Not for the point of giving you something for free, but in assisting those with a little bit of grant money for owning their own home. Everyone in this country should have healthy and adequate shelter over their heads. And if that means getting some government assistance to buy their first home, than so be it. There’s nothing wrong with that. We all need a little boost up occassionally. It’s what we achieve after that boost that really matters.
