Lab created diamonds are a good alternative for those who do not have the money for genuine diamonds. However people still appreciate the rarity of a natural, mined diamond so the diamond which comes out of a lab must be hard to tell apart from one that comes out of the earth. Fortunately, advances in technology mean that lab created diamonds are now excellent quality, and are very hard to distinguish from the real thing. These days only a jeweler with specialized equipment can tell a synthetic and natural stone apart.
Even now, improvements are being made every day to make your lab created diamonds appear more genuine. Moissanite, found in meteor fragments but usually synthetically produced itself, is the new material used to make lab created diamonds even better in quality.
