The most important and beneficial quick weight loss tip I can give you, is to exercise.  Exercise is the key to any kind of weight loss or muscle building.

There are two kinds of exercise – Aerobic and Anaerobic.  Anaerobic exercise is for the purpose of building muscle or strength, whilst aerobic exercise is for the purpose of fitness or weight loss.  Aerobic exercise is the kind of exercise that you would want to do for quick weight loss.  A few examples of aerobic exercise are walking, running, cycling and swimming.

The length of time for exercise should be at least an hour a day.  The intensity should be above that of normal.  Instead of walking at a relaxing pace, you should be walking at a challenging pace.

If you did this over a period of a month you would loose a large amount of weight and greatly increase your level of fitness.  Even if you didn’t change your eating habits, the simple fact is that aerobic exercise at a good level of intensity will result in quick weight loss.
