It is very easy to pick up weight as the years progress. Being busier as ever, it is easier to grab some take aways and there are almost no time for exercise. But take note, if you have loved ones, you better start taking your health more serious. Any one , no matter their age can have a heart attack if they have excess stomach fat. If we only start being more carefull in our eating patterns and to stop thinking that we are still too young to worry about stuff like that.
