When meeting with clients in your office, you need to make a good impression. As someone in the business seating business (think office chair specialist), I know how important a chair is to helping you make that right impression. The offices that I have worked with in the past also know how important this is.
Today I want to talk about the area where you meet a client, and go over one of the basic options that you have. First, you can obviously meet them in a lobby of some sort. If this is the case, then I would highly recommend having some form of guest chairs for them to sit in a wait until you can see them. Nothing is more annoying than having to stand for even 5 minutes while you are waiting for someone in their office.
