One interesting use of having a stand alone closet on wheels is in regards to doing the laundry. I realized that having a portable closet, there was no reason to grab my clothes from the machine and walk them down into my room, throw them on the bed, and then sort them out before folding them and putting them in the closet.
Now, when the drier goes off, I just push my closet down the hallway, park it by the drier machine, and go to work. It’s easy to take things out and sort it directly into the closet. It saves time, and it also makes it better as far as wrinkles go, as the clothes have less chance to get messed up in between getting cleaned and getting hung up.
