photo credit: Zeno_ After thinking about starting a brainwaves blog myself, I finally came across a brainwave blog with a lot of good information about the different brain wave functions. I know that I probably know just as much or more than the author there, but I definitely learned a thing or two after reading his articles and looking at the free brain waves chart (which I printed out). I have already been using most of the technology that was listed on that blog, but there were a few new programs that I had never heard of – like the lucid dreaming one. I decided to place an order and will be receiving my copy in the mail very soon. I hope to use brainwaves along with the lucid dreaming session because that’s what I think will work best.
