Squirrel Pest Control – - from the word itself, is one way of getting rid of those pests that we never wanted to see in our entire life. Preventing squirrel attacks would mean better life for our trees, fruits and vegetables, as well as better life for us. A recent study from one association, states that squirrels are the number one nuisance in the United States. This statement, therefore, could mean that squirrels have and will cost a huge selection of problems, not only to humans but to other living and non-living things as well. Wide varieties of pest control equipment have been invented for the squirrels to finally get out of their way in homes. One is a squirrel cage. Squirrel cages are one way screen cages made of wire, which once put in dim areas, it discreetly becomes like a passageway for the squirrels, only with no exit. Squirrels tend to use holes as their passageway to go wherever they want in any part of the house. That is why it is extremely advised to close all the holes or all the construction gaps that one may see inside the house to prevent the squirrels from having a discreet passageway. Even the smallest holes that squirrels can hardly fit should be close for precautionary measures. Another squirrel pest control that was invented is the strobe light. Strobe light annoys the squirrels since their eyes are sensitive to this light. When installed inside the house, it simply drives the squirrel out of the house because their eyes are hurt by these strobe lights, making them go away. Through this method, squirrels are drove away without hurting or killing them. Squirrel traps are also available in the market. They are put on a place where the squirrel can’t see, and they are trapped by capturing their feet, or any part of their body, hence they cannot go anywhere anymore.
